A new section, REPORTS, has been added to website. The first report is entitled "Comprehensive Strategy for Juvenile Justice: Data Collection and Analysis 2005." This report presents data pertaining to the four priority risk factors faced by the youth of Hawaii County:
- Availability of Drugs.
- Family Management Problems.
- Family Conflict.
- Early and Persistent Anti-Social Behavior.
It is the Comprehensive Strategy’s goal that this information will serve to increase the capacity of Hawaii County in addressing these risk factors and the causal effects each one has on the future of its youth.
